Spacious and comfortable connecting rooms with plenty of natural light.
The shower flooded due to poor drainage, requiring multiple requests for maintenance.

The room was spotlessly clean and cheap with extremely comfy beds and a safe box, a minibar and central heating etc. The incredible service and the attention to detail! Besides, my parking was outside. Nearby restaurant...

The staff were friendly and helpful, though
The room we stayed in could have used some updates. The location was perfect for public transport access, and the nearby restaurant at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. A decent experience, but there's room for improvement.

Everyone at the desk was very helpful for an American with no idea what to do or where to go. And the breakfast choices were excellent. LOVE Hungarian salami

The location and proximity to the nearest metro station are top. Breakfast is very rich. The whole staff is very friendly. It has been our second stay and, because of the relatives in Budapest, not the last one. Top advice...

In general everything is super, comfortable beds and enough space for all our suitcases. The hotel is located near the train station.
On the day we arrived we had to wait for a few minutes until one of the four people at the reception would serve us. The woman didn't speak English well, didn't give us all the information we needed.

Recommend it for family with children
The location is fantastic, right near public transport. The staff was super helpful, especially Peter, who really went out of his way to.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but acceptable for the service we got.

Good location for work in the Buda area.
I'm sure the hotel will be great once all the extensive renovation work has been completed. Some of the staff was extremely welcoming but others were completely impassive all the time.
The hotel is an ongoing construction site. I actually checked -in at a reception in one location and checked-out in a reception that had moved to another location over less than 48 hours. Several sites of the public areas are ongoing active extensive renovations. One particular incident involved the opening of one of the elevators (which was somehow left operational for the public) that was still a 'box'. I think it should have been cordoned off and kept non-operational until it was completely refurbished. Lastly, for some reason which I could not understand the receptionist could not issue a receipt for my payment of the accommodation fees on check-out. This has never happened to me in any other hotel. I need this receipt as I was travelling for work purposes.

Wonderful view of the castle area. Central and easy to reach. Very nice staff.
The hotel is suitable for those who enjoy street noise while sleeping, as the window to the street does not close. It's on the main road. You should definitely take earplugs with you. Internet is officially available, but not in the room.
